Services

Stump Grinding and Removal

Pro Stump Grinders focuses on stump grinding and stump removal — not full tree service. Every job includes photo review, access planning, and clear chip-handling options.

Stump Grinding

Below-grade grinding to remove visible stumps and prep the area for new use.

Surface Root Cleanup

Cleanup of exposed flare roots that affect mowing, safety, and curb appeal.

Commercial Site Work

Fast-turn scheduling for HOAs, offices, and retail properties across Gwinnett.

How We Work

Estimate Review Before We Roll Out

Photo-Based Review

The quote flow asks for stump photos so we can review size, roots, slope, and nearby obstacles before scheduling.

Access Checked Up Front

We ask whether the stump is in a front yard, side yard, or backyard and whether gate access is wider than 36 inches.

Chip Plan Included

You choose whether to keep chips for mulch or request haul-away, so cleanup expectations are clear before the job.

Pricing Clarity

How Pricing Is Calculated

Every quote starts with a $75 mobilization fee, then adds per-stump pricing by size tier. Extra-large stumps use starting pricing and are confirmed after photo review.

Base Service Fee

$75 mobilization fee per visit when at least one stump is on the job.

Small (up to 12")

$75 per stump

Medium (13" - 24")

$150 per stump

Large (25" - 35")

$225 per stump

Extra Large (36"+)

$375 per stump

Chip Haul-Away

Optional $150 add-on when you want chips removed instead of left as mulch.

Scope Expectations

What Is Included in Cleanup

Grinding + Site Tidy

We grind the stump and tidy the immediate work area so the yard is ready for the next step.

Mulch or Haul-Away

Choose in advance whether chips stay on site as mulch or get hauled away.

Utility-Aware Workflow

We follow Georgia 811 safety workflow and account for access constraints before dispatch.

Final Scope

What Can Change Final Scope

Access Constraints

Gate width, slope, and obstacle clearance can affect equipment choice and final execution plan.

Root Flare and Hidden Complexity

Large surface roots, buried edges, or dense clustering may expand the field scope from estimate inputs.

XL Stump Review

Extra-large stumps use starting pricing and are finalized after photo review before scheduling.
